We have different party rental packages that you can select from. Every rental includes up to 4 hours. All packages include, grass play mats & fence. Kids tables and chairs are included upon request and availability. Service and delivery fees might be include depending on various factors, and customers would typically be informed of these fees upfront as part of the package pricing or during the booking process. Use caution when having your party outdoors
Play Area

- No food, sweet or drinks
- No Children left unattended
- No face paint, confetti, and glitter
- No Sharp objects

Cancellation Policy
Circumstances may arise and cancellation or rescheduling is required. If you cancel within more than 2 weeks prior the event, deposit will be fully
refund. If you cancel within at least 2 weeks prior the event, only 50% of the deposit fee will be refund. If the you cancel within 2 weeks or less of
the event, deposit fee will not be refunded.
If rescheduling is needed, keep in mind that the pacakge selected may not be available for the new date and adjustments will be made. Any
reschduling request need to be at least 7 business days prior the event.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. In certain cases, we may consider full deposit refund.
weather policy
We recommend for Outdoor Events to have a back up plan in case of a weather change. In the event of inclement weather, including rain,
thunderstorms, strong winds, snow, or any other conditions that may pose a safety risk or cause any potential damage to our equipment. We will not proceed with the outdoor set-up to prevent any future damage to our equipment. If, on the day of your rental, weather conditions are uncertain or change unexpectedly, our staff will make a determination at the scheduled start time of your rental. If the weather is unsuitable, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund as per the terms outlined above.

Outdoor Placement
Due to high temperatures in our region, we highly suggest all our customers to utilize tents or shades to protect the children from the sun. Since the vinyl equipment can get hot for children to play on.
